Stanford's Manzanita is grown for its bushy habit and flowers. It is planted in parks and gardens long borders for attracting birds or for screening. It is suitable for coastal or inland regions establishing in 3-4 years and is moderately long-lived. This shrub is also used for revegetation and is ideal for arid gardens.
