This large monoecious tree has an erect greyish-brown buttress trunk and spreading branches that form a rounded crown. It has divided dark green leaves and the small, cream urn-shaped pendant flowers appearing clusters during spring.

Argyrodendron trifoliolatumis naturally found from New Guinea to northern Australia extending from Queensland to New South Wales and growing in tropical and sub tropical rainforests.

It prefers a deep well drained, organic rich moist soil in an open sunny position and is frost and drought tender.

The White Booyong is grown for its habit and foliage.
