This small shrub has a greyish stems and spreading branches that form an upright open habit. It has small divided dark green leaves and the pinkish star-shaped flowers appear in clusters towards the end of the branches during spring.

Boronia anethifoliais naturally found in Australia from Queensland to New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania growing along the coast and extending to the western slopes.
It prefers well drained sandy soil in an open sunny position and is drought and frost tolerant.
The Narrow-leaved Boronia is grown for its flowers and its hardiness. It is planted in small gardens along borders or in woodland settings as an understorey plant. It establishes in 2 to 3 years and is suitable for coastal or the adjoining tableland regions.
The flowers may be used as a cut flower but must have reasonable length of stem.ID 1835
