This shrub has upright spreading squarish hairless stems that form an open textured bushy habit. It has divided glossy dark green leaves and the star-shaped pink flowers appear in a cluster in succession during spring.

Boronia fraseriis naturally found in Australia in the Sydney basin and lower Blue Mountains growing in gullies and along watercourses.

It prefers well-drained moist sandy soils in a semi-shaded to bright filtered light position with wind, frost and drought protection.

Fraser's Boronia is grown for its bright flowers and is planted in shady gardens as an understorey plant or as feature filler and in containers. It will establish in 2 to 3 years but is not commonly cultivated and may be difficult to obtain requiring a specialist nursery.ID 1386
