The Crepe Gardenia is grown for its flowers and bushy habit. It is planted in shaded or fragrant gardens along borders or as a specimen plant in a sub-tropical setting. It may also be grown in pots or planter boxes and has a moderate growth rate establishing in 3 to 5 years. ID 799
