'Boca Rosa'
This sub-shrub is upright with arching stems to 1.2 m (4 ft) tall and produces tubular bright red flowers with a flared lip from summer to early autumn. It prefers an open sunny to partially shaded position and grows in most well-drained moderately fertile soils and is very drought tolerant.
'Firecracker'
This compact upright perennial grows to 600 mm (2 ft) tall and wide with grey green leaves that are densely covered in tomentose and produces scarlet tube-shaped flowers. It prefers an open sunny partially shaded position and grows in most well-drained moderately fertile sandy soils.
