'Katherine'
This shrub to small tree grows to 6 m (20 ft) tall by 5 m (15 ft) wide with spreading branches that form an open loose habit with dark green foliage. It produces pink buds that open to semi-double bell-shaped flowers that are pink fading to white up to 50 mm (2in) in diameter and is followed by small yellowish fruit with a red blush.

It is planted in small gardens along borders or as a specimen, attracting insects and birds. This shrub grows in most well-drained fertile moist soils that are tending acidic in the USDA zones 4-8.

'Lady Northcliffe'
This is a small tree grows to 5 m (15 ft) tall by 4 m (12 ft) wide with dense branching that forms a compact rounded crown. It produces carmine-red buds that open to bluish cup-shaped flowers that fade to white, in clusters during spring and is followed by small yellow fruit. It is ideal tree for a small garden or can be used in large patio pots or planter boxes. It grows in USDA zones 5-9
