'Anabel'
This upright shrub forms a bushy habit to 2.5 m (8ft) tall with mat, dark green leaves and produces white pale lilac double flowers in upright panicles above the foliage during spring. It prefers an open sunny position and grows in most well drained moderately fertile moist soils and is ideal along garden border or trim to form an informal hedge.

'Buffon'
This large shrub to 3 m (10ft) tall by 2.5 m (8ft) wide forms a dense bushy habit with large mat and dark green leaves and during early spring produces clusters of slightly fragrant soft pink flowers with spreading petals.

'Catinat'
This shrub is upright to 2 m (6ft) with multiple stems from the base and many branches forming a vase habit. It has large, dark green leaves and during spring. It produces trusses of pink flowers that are pale pink on the inside. It is a good filler plant in a mixed shrub border in an open sunny to part-shaded position.

'Lamartine'
This shrub grows to 2 m (6ft) tall and forms a bushy habit with dark green foliage that is flushed bronze when young. During spring it produces large clusters of blue lilac tube shape flowers with recurved petals.

'Maiden's Blush'
This early flowering shrub has upright multiple stems to 4 m (12ft) tall by 3 m (10ft) wide with spreading branches that form a rounded habit. It has bluish green heart-shaped leaves and during spring it produces prolific, fragrant pink-purple tube-shape flowers in upright panicles above the foliage. This shrub slightly suckers from the base and is used in hedges screening or the general garden use.

'Pink Cloud'
This large shrub grows to 3 m (10ft) tall by 2.5 (8ft) that is wide with ascending branches that form a compact rounded habit. It has dark green foliage and during early spring it produces upright trusses of pale pink flowers. It is ideal in mixed-shrub borders forming a dense screen combined with prolific flowering.

'Swarthmore'
This multi-stemmed deciduous shrub grows to 4 m (12ft) tall, by 2 m (6ft) wide with upright spreading branches that form an or bushy habit. It has bluish green foliage that turns deep purple during autumn and the attractive panicles of sweet-scented double lilac-purple flowers appear during early spring on the current season's growth.

It prefers an open sunny position and will tolerate temperatures as low as zone 2. This attractive shrub is used in screen planting along borders or as a garden specimen and tolerates most well drained moderately fertile moist soils.

'The Bride'
This shrub has a compact bushy habit to ground level and grows up to 2 m (6ft) tall and wide with dark green foliage. During spring it produces masses of white tubular flowers in trusses that appear over the entire plant. It is used in border planting for colour contrast and is suitable for the cool climates.

'Turgot'
This upright bushy shrub has multiple stems from the base and forms a compact rounded habit with a large dark green leaves. During spring it produces erect clusters of deep pink buds that opened to pale pink tube-shape flowers with recurved petal margins.
