Cultivars
'Alba'
This perennial is similar to the species producing white flowers from spring to autumn. It is used in perennial borders or rockeries and is suitable for coastal positions.

'Bountiful' syn.'Arthur Menzies'
This evergreen perennial grows to 300 mm (1 ft) tall by 600 mm (2 ft) wide forming a compact clumping habit with a grey green leaves. It produces lavender coloured daisy-like flower heads with yellow centres up to 76 mm (3 in) wide from spring to autumn.

It grows in an open sunny to semi shaded position on the coast and shade positions inland tolerating most well drained moderately fertile soils. It is drought and frost tolerant and it is planted along garden borders or used in drifts in natural settings. Once established it has a low water usage and is ideal for water wise gardens.

'Cape Sebastian'
This herbaceous perennial forms a low clumping dense mounded habit with mid green foliage up to 300 mm (1 ft) tall by 450 mm (18 in) wide. It produces lavender daisy-like flowers with yellow centres above the foliage from spring to summer and is suitable for coastal gardens, tolerating salt laden wind and full sun. Zone 6-10

'Olga'
This perennial grows to 300 mm (1 ft) tall by 600 mm (2 ft) wide forming a low compact habit with slender grey green foliage. It produces bright lavender daisy-like flowers up to 25 mm (1 in) wide with a domed yellow centre and appear from spring to autumn. It is very butterfly attracting and is used in small or cottage gardens on the coast and inland along borders or as a specimen. It is also planted in rockeries and may be grown as a container plant. It prefers an open sunny position and is drought tolerant once established.

'Ron's Pink'
This perennial grows to 150 mm (6 in) tall by 300 mm (1 ft) wide forming a compact rounded habit with bluish green foliage. It produces pink, daisy-like flowers with a large yellow centre that appear above the foliage from late spring to late autumn. It is planted in coastal gardens, tolerating salt spray, strong winds and is drought tolerant. It is suitable as a container plant, tolerating full sun and grows in zone 8-9.
