'Pagei'
This dwarf plant grows to 300 mm (1ft) tall by 1 m (3ft) wide and produces purplish glaucous branchlets with glaucous leaves that have a purplish margin. It prefers an open sunny position and is commonly used as a ground cover in small gardens or parks and is planted in patio pots or planter boxes. This sterile plants origin in New Zealand is unknown.

'Sutherlandii'
The shrub grows to 300 mm (1ft) tall by 1 m (3ft) wide produces masses of white flowers during summer. It is ideally planted in small gardens or containers and is used in traffic islands, requiring little maintenance once established. It tolerates cold conditions and is commonly cultivated in the UK and USA.
