'Gold Splash'
This shrub produces leaves that are dark green with variable yellow markings radiating from the mid-rib and veins; otherwise it is simular to the species.

'Nigra' syn. 'Purpureus'
This shrub produces bronze-purple leaves that become darker during winter. During the spring the coloration is simular to 'Purpureus' with only the margins darker; otherwise it is simular to the species.
