This plant produces oval deep green leaves with yellow margins.

This plant has reddish stems and produces leaves that have a large yellow blotch in the centre and a narrow deep green margin. It is an excellent contrast plant in a shrub border.

This plant has yellowish stems and produces yellow variegated leaves that are persistent as the plant matures.

This plant has reddish branchlets and produces dark green leaves that have yellow margins.

'Sunnyhill'
This plant has reddish stems and produces leaves that have a variable size yellow blotch in the centre or along the mid rib and may be speckled along the margins. As the plant matures it tends to revert to green only foliage.

'Variegata'
This plant is simular to the species producing grey-green leaves that have a broad creamy white margin and is the more commonly grown type. It may be trimmed to form a hedge or planted in a container and gives an excellent display when in flower.
