Cultivars
'Karl Foerster'
This plant has pinkish-brown inflorescences that change to pale brown. It grows to 1.8m (6ft) tall and forms a clump up to 60cm (2ft) wide.

'Overdam'
The leaves have pale yellow margins and stripes that become pink with age. The inflorescences are purplish, turning greyish pink on maturity. It grows to 1.2m (4ft) tall.
