Cultivars
'Carnival'
This shrub has multiple upright stems up to 1.5 m (5 ft) tall and wide with dark green foliage forming a bushy habit. During spring it produces large orange yellow globular flower heads. It is suitable for coastal plantings and is drought resistant.

'Firewheel'
This shrub grows to 2.5m (8ft) tall and 2m (6ft) wide forming a compact rounded habit and produces dense globular flower heads with bright orange styles. It prefers a well drained, moderately fertile acidic soil in an open sunny position. It tolerates light frost once established and is planted in large tubs or in shrub borders.

'Flame Spike'
This plant has flowers with bright orange-red styles.

'Red Sunset'
This plant has flowers with bright red-gold flowers.
