Cultivars
'Amethyst Magic'
This vigorous annual grows to 100mm (4in) tall by 800mm (32in) wide forming a compact spreading habit. It produces pink flowers from spring to autumn and prefers an open sunny position but will tolerate some shade.

It grows in most well drained moist soils and is drought and frost tender with a medium water requirement once established. (Scale: 2-drops from 3) It is used as a spillover along retaining walls or used in hanging baskets and is ideal for small gardens.

Clown Series

These plants form compact habits and flowers that are white, pink to deep purple colour. They grow in full sun to semi shade tolerating most well drained fertile moist soils.

Panda Series
These plants form a very compact habit and flowers that are white, pink to deep purple colour.

'Pink Magic'
This cultivar has a low bushy habit and white to mauve flowers.

'Purple Magic'
This fast growing annual attains a hight of 300mm (1ft) by 1m (3ft) wide with bright green foliage and slender soft stems. It produces deep purple flowers that appear from spring to autumn.

It is used as a spill over in rockeries or along borders and as a ground cover in garden beds. It tolerates a light prune to promote new growth and has a medium water requirement once established. (Scale: 2-drops from 3)

'Torenia White'
This compact annual produces snapdragon-like white flowers that appear over the plant during summer. It grows to 300mm (1ft) tall with flowers appearing with in 6 to 8 weeks.

In warm climates planting may occur throughout the year and when planting space 250mm (20in) apart. It will grow in full sun to semi shade tolerating most well drained fertile moist soils. It is planted in shady borders or containers in protected positions.
