This cultivar produces dark green fine foliage that is soft-to-touch and re-grows quickly with its runners and rhizomes. It grows in clay or sandy soils in an open sunny to semi shaded position and develops deep roots requiring less moisture.

It has a high resistance to drought tolerating extreme heat and humidity and has excellent cold hardiness. It is planted in domestic gardens or commercial sites and has amedium water requirement once established. (Scale: 2-drops from 3)
