'Lime Tahitian'
This tree forms an attractive compact habit with fruit throughout the year. The fruit may be picked green and allowed to mature and is commonly used in drinks and for cooking.

'Kaffir'
This small tree has unusual double leaves which when crushed have a strong smell and flavour. Both the leaves and the fruit skin are used in Asian cooking. The fruit is hard and not juicy.
