'Allumii'
This large shrub to tree was first recorded in 1891 and has a narrow conical habit with vertical shoots and blue grey foliage. It is slow growing and will reach 3m (10ft) in 10 to 12 years. It forms a dense habit with a layered appearance and is planted in large gardens or parks preferring cooler weather.
'Aurea Densa'
This small slow growing conifer to 2m (6ft) tall forms a dense conical habit with the stiff foliage in golden-yellow sprays. It is planted in temperate gardens or rockeries as a specimen.
'Blue Jacket'
This plant forms a low prostrate habit with bluish-green foliage. It is slow growing and is suitable for small gardens or rockeries, preferring a cool climate.
'Columnaris'
This plant forms a very narrow compact habit that is not wide at the base and with dense blue grey upward facing foliage. It is very attractive and will reach 2.5m (8ft) in 10 to 12 years.
'Ellwoodii'
This slow growing plant forms a conical habit with steely-blue grey juvenile foliage in upward facing branches. It is suitable for domestic gardens as it attains a hight of 2m (6ft) in 10 years.
'Ellwood's Nymph'
This dwarf shrub is slow growing and forms a rounded-conical habit with blue-green juvenile foliage and bronze tips.
'Erecta'
This large tree to 25m (80ft) tall with bright green foliage arranged in flattened vertical planes and forms a conical habit that broadens with age. It will grow 2m (6ft) in 10 years and will develop into a large tree in time. It is planted along borders or used as a lawn specimen.
'Erecta Aurea'
This compact small tree or large bush has upright sprays of gold-green foliage and prefers a protection from hot, full sun positions. It is suitable for medium size gardens on the coast or in the adjoining mountains.
'Fletcheri'
This slow growing shrub grows to 10 m (30ft) tall forming a broad column habit with feathery juvenile foliage blue-green that turns bronze during winter. It develops several leaders and when planted in the garden should be given room to grow.
'Green Globe'
This very slow growing plant forms a compact rounded habit attaining a hight of 300mm (12in) in ten years. It is suitable for small gardens or rockeries preferring a cool climate.
'Lutea'
This vigorous medium-sized coniferous tree to 16m (50ft) tall has ascending branches that form a broad column habit. The tree is conical at the top with drooping leaders and the golden-yellow foliage is arranged in flattened sprays. It is an ideal colour contrast plant for larger cool-climate gardens and parks.
'Minima Aurea'
This slow growing coniferous shrub attains a height and spread of 1.5 m (5ft) forming a broad conical habit. It has ascending bright yellowish-green foliage and the shrub prefers to grow in an open sunny position on well-drained fertile soils, that are tending acidic. It is planted in large rockeries or containers and is used in patio pots colour.
'Pendula-vera'
This upright large tree has a grey brown furrowed trunk that sheds in plates and has short pendant branches that form a columnar habit. The foliage is dark green and the female cones are glaucous. It is suitable for large gardens or parks as a feature tree and tolerates cold moist conditions.
