'Exmouth'
This tree grows to 12m (40ft) in 20 years forming a conical habit and produces creamy-white fragrant flowers with narrow glossy green leaves.
It is suitable as a small specimen tree that may be grown in a container or used in borders for screen planting. It prefers a full sun to semi-shaded position on well drained deep moist fertile soils and is frost tolerant once established. It has a medium water requirement once established.
'Kay Parris' PBR
This small evergreen tree grows to 4 m (12 ft) tall by 2 m (6 ft) wide with a short trunk and spreading branches. It has glossy dark green leaves with undulating margins and is coppery velvet on the underside. It produces large fragrant white flowers up to 180 mm (7 in) wide from summer to autumn.
This small tree grows in an open sunny to semi shaded position and is suitable for coastal regions and is frost tolerant. It prefers a deep well drained moist fertile soil, and responds to mulching during summer and is planted as a specimen in medium-size gardens or parks.
'Little Gem'
This small tree grows to 5m (15ft) tall by 2.5m (8ft) wide and has glossy dark green leaves that have velvet coppery tones on the underside. The large cream-coloured fragrant flowers appear on young plants from spring to summer and the plant tends to be insect and disease free.
It prefers a full sun to semi-shaded salt spray protected position and is frost tolerant once established. It tolerates most well drained soils but prefers a moist rich loam and requires deep soaking during dry periods. Once established it has a high water requirement once established. (Scale: 3-drops from 3), responding to mulch and an occasional deep watering during dry periods, particularly for young plants.
