'Glauca' Blue Colorado Spruce

This slow growing conifer has bluish foliage, which is much prised amongst collectors. It can attain 3m (10ft) in ten years. It tolerates cold conditions and is planted in large gardens or parks as a specimen. There are many variations in leaf colour from seedling stock from green to silver blue and selected plants are grafted to retain leaf colour.
