Botanic information
Leaf: The thin textured leaves are oblong to ovate with an acute apex and a short petiole. The margins double serrated and the underside is pubescent. During autumn the mid green leaves turn yellowish green before falling.

Flower: The apetalous flowers are composed of a flattish calyx tube with 5-toothed sepals and numerous long white stamens with white anthers. They are arranged in an open cyme that appears above the foliage during spring.

Fruit: The tiny fruit contains 2-4 achenes and the small seeds are viable of the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
