Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile leaves are awl shape to linear with an accumulate apex. The texture is leathery and the leaves are densely covered in fine white pubescents.

Flower: The salverform flowers have 5-flat petals may be notched at the apex and are pink, purple to white with dark purple markings at the base. The purplish calyx and pedicel is densely pubescent and the flowers are arranged in an axillary cyme that appears during summer.

Fruit: The small 3-valved capsule contains the numerous seeds that are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
