Replant bulbs 100mm (4in) deep in the soil during autumn. Division of the clump after flowering.


Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are lanceolate to oblong with an undulating margin. The texture is leathery and the dark green upper surface is modelled in brown. The apex is acute and leaves tend to fold upwards along the mid rib.

Flower: The expanded funnelform flowers have reflex petals that are yellowish towards the base. The exerted style and stigma are creamy white and the pendant flowers are arranged in a raceme above the foliage on a slender reddish scape during spring.

Fruit: The small loculicidal capsule contains many seeds that self germinate easilybut the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
