Propagation
Sow fresh seed during early spring and pre-soak seeds in heated water 13º to 18ºC (55º to 64ºF) for 24 hours. Seeds may require scarification.


Botanic information
Leaf: The flat linear leaves have slightly recurved margins and are arranged densely along the stems. The stipules are up to 10mm (?in) long and closely pressed along the stems and the lower stems are covered in old leaf bases.

Flower: The almost sessile bright yellow papillionate flowers have a standard that is tinged in orange towards the centre. They are arranged in a terminal globular cluster appearing profusely over the plant from late winter to early spring.

Fruit: The small rounded pod contains several seeds.
