Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 24º C. (66º to 77º F).

Cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring to early summer.
Air layering during the growing period.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green leaves are elliptical to obovate with a short petiole and an acuminate apex. The texture is leathery and the upper surface tends to be concave.

Flower: The terminal salverform flowers forms a tube that is up to 90mm (3½in) long with spreading petals that are white becoming yellow with age. They appear solitary from late spring to early summer.

Fruit: The globose fleshy capsule is green maturing yellowish and contains many seeds that are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.The flowering and fruiting period may vary in tropical regions.
