Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).
Cuttings of non-flowering shoots during summer.
Botanic information
Leaf: The narrow obovate leaves are up to 33mm (1¥in) wide with an obtuse apex and may have slightly thickened recurved margins. It has a prominentmid rib and a dark petiole up to 10mm (?in) long.
Flower: The pale yellow campanulate flowers have 5-spreading linear petals with an acute apex (star-like). They are solitary or arranged in a terminal umbel with up to 4-blooms and appear during early summer.
Fruit: The ellipsoid leathery dehiscent capsule is glabrous and has 2 or sometimes 3-valves. It contains numerous tiny seeds that are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
