Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 24º C. (66º to 77º F).


Botanic information
Leaf: The silvery grey pinnate leaves have 3 to 5 linear terete leaflets that are up to 20mm (µin) longwith a pointed apex.

Flower: The papillionate flowers are orange-red to scarlet and have a beaked keel and along recurved standard. The flowers appear solitary or are arranged in small axillary umble from spring to early summer.

Fruit: The slender legume is dehiscent and contains numerous seeds.
