Botanic information
Leaf: The mid green ovate leaves have 5-lobes that are acute with silvery margins and the underside is densely white pubescent. It has a short whitish petiole and the leaf tends to fold upwards when young.

Flower: The small radiate flowers lack ray-florets and are arranged in a dense corymb up to 100mm (4in) wide that is held just above the foliage during autumn.

Fruit: The small nut contains tiny seeds that are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
