Propagation
Surface sow fresh seeds when ripe in a well-drained media, and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F). Prick out and pot up when they are large enough to handle.
Semi-hardwood cuttings to 200mm (7µin) long taken during early winter.

All parts of this plant are toxic and if ingested it will causing stomach upset and or vomiting.
Botanic information
Leaf: The leathery textured membranous leaves are oblong to ovate-oblong with an obtuse to acute apex. The margins are dentate-sinuate and the slender whitish petiole is up to 120mm (4µin) long and the base is truncate. The upper surface is dull green and the underside is white and felty with prominent venation.
Flower: The tiny radiate creamy flower heads are arranged in a large branched axillary panicle that tends to droop and appears during spring.
Fruit: The achene has pappus-hairs to 3mm (? in) long and the small seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
