Propagation
Semi hardwood cuttings taken during late summer to autumn, up to 50mm (2in) long and apply bottom heat.
Mound layering during spring.

General pruning information
Tolerates a light prune to maintain shape and encourage new growth. Do not prune into old wood as it will not regenerate.


Botanic information
Leaf: The small sessile dark to grey green ovate leaves are pubescent along the margins and on the whitish underside. They are arranged spirally in groups of three densely along the stems.

Flower: The nodding urceolate flower consists of 4-petals and 8-stamens with a short pedestal. They are arranged in a terminal raceme up to 70 mm (2? in) long and appears from mid to late summer.

Fruit: The tiny fruit is a four-celled dehiscent capsule that contains numerous small seeds that are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
