Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile dark green leaves are variable from linear to lanceolate or elliptical. The new growth is reddish and the apex is acute to obtuse.
Flower: The tiny flowers have 5-sepals and 5-inflexed white petals. They are arranged in a terminal compound umbel that appears throughout summer.
Fruit: The schizocarpic nut splits into two 1-seed mericarp. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
