Botanic information
Leaf: The oblong to ovate leaves are covered in greyish hairs mixed with stellate tomentum and has up to 7-broad lobes. The petiole is up to 10mm (?in) long and the apex is obtuse.
Flower: The small greenish white stellate flowers have broad calyx lobes and are arranged in an axillary compound umbel. The flowering period is from winter to summer but varies and the flowers may be seen through out the year.
Fruit: The small dry fruit is a schizocarp containing multiple carpelsand is indehiscent. The tiny seedsare dispersed by wind, but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
