Propagation
Stem cuttings of non-flowering shoots during the growing period and place in a gritty well drained media.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green leaves are ovate to reniform and may have a cordate base. The petiole is short and the apex is acute.

Flower: The small pink tubulate flowers have 4-lobes and 2-stamens and are arranged solitary in the leaf axils towards the end of the stems. They appear from spring to early summer.

Fruit: The capsule is oblong to orbicular and contains tiny seeds that are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
