Stem cuttings of non-flowering shoots during the growing period.
Botanic information
Leaf: The leathery textured dark green obovate leaves taper towards the base with a short petiole and the apex terminates in a soft point (mucronate).
Flower: The yellow papillionate flowers have a hairy calyx that is up to 6mm (¥in) long and the standard is up to 12mm (½in) wide. The flowers are arranged in a terminal cluster that is up to 30mm (1¥in) wide and appear during spring.
Fruit: The flattened pod is beaked and the small seeds are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
