Cuttings taken during spring and placed on a misting bench with bottom heat.
Care should be taken with the fine roots when transplanting.
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green oblong to linear sessile leaves are convex and covered in fine hair. The apex is sharply mucronate and the leaves become very short in cold regions. (Tasmania)
Flower: The tiny tubulate flowers are arranged in a stemless cluster in the leaf axils along the branches and appear from winter to early spring. The buds are pink and the flowers are white, sometimes pinkish.
Fruit: The tiny drupe is not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
