Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).
Soft tip or semi hardwood cuttings from summer to autumn.
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green leaves vary from linear to obovate with an acute to obtuse apex. The surface is glabrous and the texture is leathery.
Flower: The yellow sessile crateriform flowers have 5-sepals and 5-obovate petals up to 10mm (?in) longand are arranged terminally on short side branches. The flowering period is from autumn to spring but may vary throughout the year.
Fruit: The follicle is dehiscent and the small globular seeds are not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
