Propagation
Sow fresh seed during early spring and pre-soak seeds in heated water 13º to 18ºC (55º to 64ºF) for 24 hours. Seeds may require scarification (peeling treatment).
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green narrow phyllodes are up to 4mm (?in) wide. The apex is abruptly acute and he leaf texture is leathery.
Flower: There are up to 12-tiny tubulate flowers in each rounded head and they are arranged in a small axillary raceme. The flower colour varies from cream to pale yellow and the flowers appear during summer but may appear sporadically during the year.
Fruit: The flat oblong legume is up to 12mm (½in) wide and contains hard coaterd seeds.
