Soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring and semi hardwood cuttings taken during late summer.


Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile dark green leaves are linear to narrow-lanceolate with a mucronate apex. The underside is covered in white tomentose and the upper surface has a rough texture.

Flower: The pubescent 2-lipped labiate flower have 2-upper lobes with frilled margins and 3-lower lobes. They are solitary or arranged in pairs or three together in the leaf axils during spring. The colour is white with purple spots in the throat.

Fruit: The tiny nutlets are in groups of 4 and are enclosed in the persistent calyx. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
