Soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring and semi hardwood cuttings taken during late summer.


Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile dark green linear leaves are arranged in whorls of three and have a pointed apex. The underside is greyish and the upper surface has a rough texture.

Flower: The 2-lipped labiate flower have 2-upper lobes and 3-lower lobes and appear solitary or in pairs or three together in the leaf axils during early spring. The colour is mauve to white with purple spots in the throat.

Fruit: The tiny nutlets are in groups of 4 and are enclosed in the persistent calyx. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
