Propagation
Sow seed when ripe in pots and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F), may require pre soaking in water with a small amount of detergent for ten minutes.
Cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring to early summer.

Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile light green leaves have 2-small black stipules at the base and are oblong to linear with thickened margins. The apex is obtuse and the leaves are arranged densely towards the end of the branchlets.

Flower: The small white stellate flowers are arranged in the leaf axils and are composed of 5-pointed petals up to 5mm (?in) long. They appear during spring.

Fruit: The small capsule is a schizocarp and the tiny seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
