Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 24º C. (66º to 77º F).
Soft tip or semi-hardwood cuttings during late summer to early winter and apply bottom heat.
Botanic information
Leaf: The creamy-white leaves are pinnately or bipinnate divided with narrow lanceolate leaflets that deeply and sharply toothed. They are sessile with an acute apex and the upper surface may have a ribbed appearance.
Flower: The flowers have 4-reflexed perianth segments with a long pedicle and a protruding style. They are arranged in a loose terminal panicle up to 150mm (6in) long and is held above the foliage and appears during summer.
Fruit: The dehiscent follicle is leathery and contains 2-rows of winged seeds. The hard coated seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
