Propagation
Divide rhizomes in to lengths during growing period. Plant upwards in well drained moist soil, apply bottom heat.

Place spores on sterilised sphagnum or peat moss then cover with glass, keep moist for 4 to 6 weeks maintaining a temperature of 16º C (61º F), with indirect light.
Cleanliness is essential during the propagation process.


Botanic information
Leaf: The bright green fronds have a green to brown stipe that is smooth and slender and the lamina has up to 8 large lobes to 150mm (6in) long that are evenly spaced along the rachis. The fronds may also be lanceolate with no lobes and both types produce sori.

Flower: The large rounded sori are arranged between the mid vein and the margin. They are depressed into the underside of the fertile frond and appear during late summer.
