AreSow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19ş to 24ş C. (66ş to 77ş F).


Botanic information
Leaf: The sterile branches have flat-linear to terete leaves and the fertile branches have imbricate scale-like leaves.

Flower: The small male and female strobili appear towards the end of the branches and both are found on the same plant during spring.

Fruit: The ovoid pear-shaped cone has thin elongated patterned scales that are coarsely serrated towards the apex and is held upright on a long stalk. The small seeds are winged.
