Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring and stem cuttings during late summer and apply bottom heat.
Botanic information
Leaf: The juvenile leaves are up to 140mm (5½in) long and the mature leaves are sagittate or palmately lobed with up to 11-leaflets. The petiole is long up to 500mm (20in) and the apex is acuminate.
Flower: The whitish spathes are arranged in groups of 4 to 11 in the leaf axils and the colour varies from white-green to yellow. They appear during early summer.
Fruit: The small berries are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
Culture
The Arrowhead Vinerequires bright indirect light, excessive light bleaches the leaves and inadequate light results in an elongated plant, with internode space widening.
Optiminetemperaturein winter is 15ºC (60ºF) and 21ºC (70ºF) during summer. When wateringallow the soil surface to dry, then re-water and maintain a humid environment. Dry or cold air turns the leaves brown, avoid drafts. Re-pot during spring to summer.
