Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F).

Divide the suckers during spring.


Botanic information
Leaf: The glaucous green narrow linear leaves are up to 20mm (µin) wide and the margin has a faint whitish ting with a few thin greyish threads attached. The apex is acuminate.

Flower: The flowers are crateriform to cyathiform and are arranged in a conical terminal raceme that is up to 1m (3ft) tall. They open during the night during summer with a pleasant fragrance and the perianth segments are distinct and may be slightly united.

Fruit: The capsular fruit is not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
