Propagation
Surface sow fresh seed during spring in a well-drained media, and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F). Prick out and pot up when they are large enough to handle.


Botanic information
Leaf: The juvenile leaves are broad-lanceolate to linear and are up to 100mm (4in) long. The concolourous leathery textured adult leaves are lanceolate to narrow-lanceolate with a short petiole and the apex is acuminate.

Flower: The white flowers have a pedicles are 6mm (?in) long and are arranged in a terminal or axillary panicle with up to 11 blooms in an umbel. The terete peduncle is up to 12mm (½in) long and thebuds are clavate and the opercula is conical to hemispherical appearing in groups of 7 from winter to summer.

Fruit: The small ovoid capsule has a short pedicle and a level broad disk with 3 to 4 valves that are slightly exserted to enclosed.
