Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during the growing period.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green leaves are lanceolate to ovate with an acuminate apex and a very short petiole. The texture is leathery and the leaf has a reddish ting during winter.

Flower: The small solitary stellate flowers have 5-sepals and 5-petals. They are arranged in the leaf axils on a long pedicel and appear in abundance from spring to early summer.

Fruit: The small globular berry is editable with a sweet taste and the small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
