Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C. (64º to 75º F).
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring to early summer.
Aerial layering is carried out during the growing period.
Note:
This plant will tolerate frost and drought, though performs poorly and prefers a humid tropical climate. Under these conditions the plant becomes ramped and requires a regular prune to control its size.
