Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).
Divide the suckers during spring.
Botanic information
Leaf: The grey-green long linear leaves have a stiff leathery texture and are finely serrated along the ridged margins.
Flower: The nodding campanulate flowers are creamy white and may have a purple ting. They are arranged densely in an upright panicle on a scape that is 2m (6ft) to 4m (12ft) tall and appear during mid-summer.
Fruit: The capsules contain several seeds that are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
