Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring to early summer.
Botanic information
Leaf: The small grey-green sessile linear leaves are terete-like and slightly curved with a mucronate apex.
Flower: The small tubulate flowers have cup-like sepals and fringed petals with a protruding style. They are arranged in a pendant cluster on a reddish leafy peduncle towards the end of the branchlets and appear from summer to autumn.
Fruit: The small capsule contains severial seeds that are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
